An article published in the New York Times on Monday suggests that the costs of the hospitality industry’s training programs are rising.
In the article, former United Kingdom ambassador to the United States Mark Rutte argues that the training industry is in the midst of a “profound crisis.”
“I think the training profession is in a crisis, and I think we need to be aware of that,” Rutte told Business Insider.
Rutte said that in order to better prepare for the future, the industry needs to “develop the skills to prepare people for jobs that will demand a higher level of expertise.”
Rutte’s article focuses on how the hospitality and hospitality-related fields have grown in importance, with the result that he argues that it’s necessary for companies to focus on training the “right people” to handle those jobs.
“I am worried about the role of the tourism industry,” Ruttes said.
“The role of tourism in the economy of the United Kingdom is huge, but the job of tourism is also the job that we need.”
According to the Times, Rutte’s argument is that the hospitality sector needs to improve its training capabilities and ensure that its workforce is prepared to handle new roles and challenges.
For example, he noted that some businesses are looking for people with an understanding of business processes and analytics.
The Times also pointed out that the industry’s workforce is expected to grow by an average of nearly 1.2 million people per year by 2020, which is expected in the U.K. by 2025.
In other words, the Times says that the growth in the industry has resulted in a massive increase in demand for training, which the U,K.
has responded to by introducing an “invisible” training program called “inclusion training.”
According the Times article, the inclusion program has proven popular in the hospitality community.
In addition to increasing training opportunities for the workforce, it has helped attract more people to the hospitality field.
According to the article:”The majority of people who come through the program are looking to fill jobs in hospitality, and we are seeing this particularly among the younger people who have recently started out in the job market,” said David Williams, a director at the Institute of Public Policy Research, which commissioned the research.

Ministry of Defense noted that the inclusion training program has been successful and has been able to attract a large number of new recruits.
The Ministry added that the military is in “close contact with local authorities to ensure the right people are in place to support the development of the training program.”
